Kim Skalski
Background
& Experience
Kim is a tax and profit-sharing plan manager at Large & Gilbert. She
has extensive experience with tax return preparation and review as well
as retirement plan set-up and administration.
A licensed CPA since 1983, Kim practiced in her native Florida for 24 years
before moving up to Atlanta to join L&G in 2005.
Kim’s extensive background includes individual income tax projections,
determination of estimated payments, dealing with the IRS and state tax
agencies, and handling complicated tax compliance issues such as section
1031 exchanges, estate and trust tax returns, and intricate state income
and franchise tax returns. Kim also helps train L&G’s staff on
computer software for tax return preparation and third- party plan administration.

A devout fan of the Atlanta Braves, the Tampa Bay Rays, and the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers, Kim enjoys participating in fantasy football leagues. She also
enjoys bowling, pug meet-ups, shopping, spending quality time with her nieces,
and traveling with her husband, Joe, (who is also with L&G).
